BECOME A REF
Could you one day represent your country on the biggest stage?
The Football Association of Wales and North Wales Coast FA are working together to actively recruit the next generation of referees needed to push Welsh football forward.
Laura Griffiths began her officiating journey with North Wales Coast FA and has since gone on to become a FIFA list Assistant Referee.
Refereeing is an opportunity for you to become a leader on the football pitch, a key player in your local association and be part of a national community of FAW referees.
The FAW’s Become a Ref course offers an excellent introduction to refereeing, providing engaging online content before a face-to-face session to get you ready to take charge of your first game.
Once qualified, you’ll be paid for each match that you officiate and provided with all the training and support you need to help you progress up the leagues and beyond.
Invest in yourself and Become a Ref today.
