The form Sanction to Play Tournaments Outside Wales should be used to obtain sanction from the Football Association of Wales to play in a tournament in the territory of another Football Association.
Friendlies:
The form Sanction to Play Clubs Outside Wales should be used to obtain sanction from the Football Association of Wales to play a friendly match, home or away, against a Club/Team from England or another National Association.
