Candidates Announced for FAW Council Elections

The following candidates have been nominated by the Member Clubs to stand in the forthcoming FAW Council elections:

NORTH WALES COAST (two (2) representatives to be elected)

The following four (4) candidates have been nominated:

NORTH EAST WALES (two (2) representatives to be elected)

The following three (3) candidates have been nominated:

EVANS, Clifford
ROWLAND, Chas
WILLIAMS, Stephen

CENTRAL WALES (two (2) representatives to be elected)

The following two (2) candidates have been nominated:

JONES, Philip
WOOSNAM, Philip

Both Philip Jones and Philip Woosnam are automatically appointed to the Council without the need for an election.

SOUTH WALES (six (6) representatives to be elected)

Andrew Edwards is automatically appointed to the Council without the need for an election.

WELSH PREMIER WOMEN’S LEAGUE (one (1) representative to be elected)

The following one (1) candidate is nominated:

TURNER, Tricia

Tricia Turner is automatically appointed to the Council without the need for an election.

Voting Papers have been issued today (21.06.13) to the Member Clubs participating in the elections.

The deadline for the return of completed Voting Papers is Thursday, 25th July 2013.
