North Wales Coast Football Association Member Club list for the election of Council Members.

The Member Clubs list for the North Wales Coast Football Association is confirmed, detailing the Clubs who can nominate candidates and vote in the election.

The full list of Clubs can be viewed on the attached document.

The election of new Council Members will take place according to the following timetable and in accordance with the relevant Rules of the Association:

• Nomination Forms to be issued on: 30 April 2024

• Nomination Forms to be returned by: 31 May 2024

• Candidates’ letters of intent to stand in the election to be received by the NWCFA on or before: 31 May 2024

•Voting Papers to be issued to Clubs on: 7 June 2024

• Completed Voting Papers to be returned to the NWCFA by: 21 June 2024

• Counting of Voting Papers to take place on: 1 July 2024

Failure by a Club or candidate to adhere to the above deadline will render the nomination form or ballot paper invalid.

For the purpose of this election, the successful candidates shall take up office on 1 August 2024.
