NWCFA Under 14's (Girls) Cup Final

With Corwen Under 16's having lifted the NWCFA Under 16's Cup in the morning Final, their Under 14's were hopeful of making it a double against Llandudno.

This Final proved to be a far closer encounter with both teams playing some excellent football, with both sides having a number of opportunities to open the scoring. On 22 minutes Llandudno's Mia Rawling took her chance with an outstanding finish. Having taken the lead Llandudno went in search of more goals but failed to capitalise with the solitary goal dividing the teams at half time.

Both teams came out in the second period to continue with the excellent football shown in the first half, with the game flowing from one box to the other but neither team was able to find the killer touchin front of goal, with Mia's first half strike proving to be a worthy winner and ensured Llandudno lifted the NWCFA Under 14's Cup.
