NWCFA Under 16's (Girls) Cup Final - 13th May 2017
Corwen 3 - 0 Llandudno

Having already secured the North Wales U16's League Corwen came into this Final full of confidence, however, Llandudno worked hard to ensure the first half finished with the score tied at 0 - 0, despite Corwen hitting the woodwork and missing a number of chances.

With only seven (7) minutes ofthe second half played Corwen found their way through the Llandudno defence to break the deadlock. A second (62) and third (75) soon followed despite the stern show by Llandudno's defence, in particular Tudno's keeper, Samantha Mitchell, with a string of outstanding saves, who was rewarded at the end of the match by being named Player of the Match.
