North Wales Coast Football Association

Sad news came in over the weekend of the sudden and unexpected passing of North East Wales Football League General Secretary, Mike Beech who lived in Buckley.

Mike gave up a lot of his time over many, many years to local football in the area and has been connected with many clubs in North Wales such as Conwy Utd, Holywell Town, Cefn Druids and also in England wih Chester City to name but a few.

Mike was a big part of the North Wales football family having been the major administrator of the North East Wales Football League since its formation just nearly 10 years ago following changes to the NWCFA boundary and he will be sadly missed.

This Association would like to pass on its sincere condolences to Mike's immediate family and friends at this sad time.
