North Wales Coast Football Association

The FAW have developed a new online process for applications that will help to streamline the application process, reduce the paper trail and ultimately improve efficiency in dealing with submissions.

Clubs should note, as of Monday 2nd March 2026 a new application process for sanctioning tournaments and cross-border events has been introduced by the FAW Grassroots team for sanction of the following:

Hosting a Club festival or tournament in Wales
Permission to participate in cross-border friendly matches, festivals or tournaments

As the new process is now live Clubs are required to submit their applications via Asana via the links below:

The FAW have also recently developed Club Festival/Tournament Guide to help Clubs in planning the delivery of their own festival or tournament. This document provides useful information on key regulatory matters as well as templates to help Clubs in the organise such an event, a copy of which is attached.
