All tournaments and friendlies must be sanctioned.
Follow the below guidance;
Tournaments:
The form Sanction to Play in Competition Outside Wales should be used to obtain sanction from the Football Association of Wales to play in a tournament in the territory of another Football Association.
Clubs are reminded that the Football Association of Wales will NOT sanction the participation of Under 11 and below if the tournament or festival outside Wales is a competitive tournament or festival involving knock-outs and finals.
The form Sanction to Host Tournament or Festival in Wales should be used to obtain sanction from the Football Association of Wales to host a tournament or festival in Wales.
Friendlies:

The completed form should be e-mailed to NWCFA General Secretary, secretary@nwcfa.org. NWCFA will then forward the form to the Football Association of Wales indicating whether there is any objection to the application, or not.
Clubs intending to host friendly matches are reminded that they should seek approval from the Club's League Secretary
